To All 2009-2010 Members:
We have the new signs and the check-in box.
Everyone entering the property must sign in and out. If you are going in for any reason even to just look around you must sign in on the sign in sheet and out when you leave. You must see that your guests sign in and out.
The lock will be changed on the gate May 10th. If you have not paid for 2010 you will not receive the lock combination and your name will be taken off of the mailing list.
Due to popular request we will eliminate the word club blinds. All blinds on the east side and south side will have decoys at them, but they can not be left out when the blinds are unattended even when a person goes to lunch. If you are going to use club decoys, we suggest you have hip boots for early in the season and possibly take a lunch or only one go to get lunch as long as at least one person attends the blind. We will help with decoys if you request it. This is for the handicapped people.
We have added several new members that we think will fit in well. If you still intend to join in 2010 please call to make arrangements as soon as possible.
We are considering this our transition year and are attempting to increase our number of people who can and will pay on time so we have better financial conditions the next five years.
The lake was stocked with 4,000 catchable channel cat the 1st of April. Trina caught some 14” cats in April. People are not fishing much yet because the water is still cold.
Trina is building 10 new blinds. They will be 8 foot versions of the 12 foot blinds and will be 5 foot across the bottom for more leg room and storage room.
Please contact us any time if you have any questions at 970-221-1362.
Sincerely,
Charles Whipple, Mgr.
